The ''MX Standard'' & ''MX Premium'' kitchen (see ''Our services'' section) features a pantry, a dishwasher's space integrated into the island and several storage spaces. It also features a stove hood, sink and quartz-coated countertops and island. 

From the kitchen, you have access to a storage/laundry area. 

The living room is bathed in warm light thanks to its 10-foot-high patio door.

This model includes a spacious master bedroom with  its 10-foot-high patio door. This room, as well as the other room of similar size, includes a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The bathroom contains a glass shower with ceramic finish, a vanity and a toilet. 

Another, smaller bedroom is available as a nursery, guest room or office. It includes a walk-in closet and a full bathroom that is also communal bathroom.

Your covered outdoor balcony lets you take full advantage of your home and all its space. For foodies, its surface area offers the possibility of creating a large outdoor kitchen, lounge and relaxation area.
