The '' MX Standard'' & ''MX Premium'' kitchen (see ''Our services'' section) boasts a pantry, a dishwasher's space integrated into the island and plenty of storage space for your needs. It also features a stove hood, sink and quartz-coated countertops and island. Behind the kitchen you'll find a large walk-in closet and storage space for your enjoyment. 

The living room, is bathed in warm light filtering through its 10-foot-high patio door. It also features a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The bathroom features a ceramic-finish glass shower, vanity and toilet. It is accessible exclusively from the master bedroom. 

This model includes a guest / children’s bedroom as well as another office / guest room. One of these 2 bedrooms includes a full bathroom and walk-in closet. 

The living room gives access to the shared bathroom, which contains a glass shower with ceramic finish, a vanity unit and a toilet. 

From the living room you can also access a second storage area and laundry room.

Your covered outdoor balcony lets you take full advantage of your home and all its space. For foodies, its surface area offers the possibility of creating a large outdoor kitchen, lounge and relaxation area.
